Processing is made at chilled (0o C -4o C) spaces on special metal, stainless steel surfaces unfavorable to the creation of microorganisms.
These spaces are cleaned and disinfected on a daily basis including the vehicles for the distribution of products, the temperatures of which are monitored closely.
The storage of fresh meat is made at 0o C and of frozen meat at -18o C.
The company has a laboratory for microbiological analyses and checks the meat products at every stage from delivery to processing to the final product.
The quality of the products is an investment for C. MICHAS AEVE which applies the ISO 22000:2005 system, takes care so as all the departments function smoothly, optimizes the production and ensures quality at all stages.
